Singapore Sling

Ingredients:
Dry Gin
Cherry Heering
Benedictine D.O.M.
Lemon juice
Grenidine syrup
Egg white
Soda water
1 oz.
1/2 oz.
1/4 oz.
1 oz.
1/2 oz.
1 oz.
Procedures:
Shake well all ingredients with ice. Pour into longdrink glass.
Fill up with soda. Garnish with slice of lemon, orange,pineapple,
red cherry and orchid.
