CHOCOLATE PANNA COTTA


Ingredients:

270 cc. heavy cream

100 gm. sugar

400 cc. butter milk

4 sheets gelatine

1 c. bitter sweet chocolate

Procedure:

1.Bring heavy cream to a boil. Remove from heat then add chocolate and sugar stir.

2.Mix in butter milk and gelatine(bloomed).

3.Pour in the molds.Chill in the refrigerator.

Remark:

Serve with strawberry or raspberry sauce.
