Procedures: 1. Wash the melon, cut into half then scoop with the melon scoop around 1 C. and save it for garnishing. 2. Remove seed from the left over melon then cut them into the small pieces. Squeeze or blend with the blender. 3. Strain through the straining cloth. 4. Seasoning with sugar and salt and bring to a boil. 5. Strain one more time and let stand till cold. 6. Serve with crushed ice by garnishing with melon ball, lime slice, and mint leave. |
