Kek-huay Juice
Ingredients:
Dried Kek-huay Flower
Water
Sugar
100 gm.
1 kg.
100 gm.
Procedures:
1. Wash Kek-huay flower well.
2. Add water then bring toa boil and simmer for 5 mins. Add sugar and taste.
3. Strain.
4. Serve hot or with crushed ice.
