Tamarind Juice

Ingredients:
Tamarind paste
Sugar
Water
Salt

1 C.
1 1/2 C.
2 C.
2 t.sp.
Procedures:
1. Soak tamarind in water then squeeze for 1 C. of tamarind paste.(Not too thick)
2. Add sugar, water, and salt. Stir well and strain through straining cloth.
3. Bring to a boil.
4. Remove from the stove and let stand till cold.
5. Serve with crushed ice.
