TIRAMISU
26 pieces lady finger
1 quart hot water
8 table spoon espresso coffee
1 quart heavy cream
1 tub mascapone cheese
3 cup confectionary sugar(powder)
to taste marsala wine (Floriovo)
to taste vanilla essence
Procedures:
1.Whip cream and sugar then add mascapone cheese,marsala and vanilla.
2.Dip lady finger in coffee place in the mold then cover with mousse.
3.Repeat it again 1 more layer.
4.Chill in the fridge.
5.Sprinkle on the top with cocoa powder before serve.
