VANILLA PANNA COTTA


Ingredients:

270cc. heavy cream

100gm. sugar

400cc. butter milk

5 sheets gelatine

2 cinnamon stick

2 vanilla bean

Procedure:

1.Heat heavy cream,butter milk,sugar, vanilla bean and cinnamon together. Scrap the seeds of vanilla then put back into the pot. Do not boil!

2.Let stand off heat for 1/2 hr. (Covered)

3.Bloom gelatine. Heat with 1/4 cup water or less add to warm cream mixture.

4.Place in molds. Then chill in the refrigerator.
